Aine Markey joined the National Skills Academy for Creative & Cultural in April 2009 as Project Manager (Communications). Aine (pronounced "Onya") has two years under her belt as Communications Manager at parent company Creative & Cultural Skills, being responsible for brand development and production of all communication materials for regional and national campaigns promoting the Sectors Skills Council's core projects.

Previous to this, Aine was heavily involved in the world of promotional campaigns at Redskin Marketing where she was Account Director (2003 to 2006) working on several film promotions and 3rd party partnerships to market films to cinema and DVD. Major clients included Paramount, Dreamworks, Universal Pictures and Entertainment Rights.

Aine has also worked for Nickelodeon TV and the Paramount Comedy Channel (1998 to 2000), and was Stage Manager on the Nickelodeon Red Hot Lobster Tour, a yearly consumer focused road-show across the UK.
