Culture Works East is a dynamic youth arts company based in Norwich. Our mission is to develop new thinking and practice, and to work on high–quality projects that excite us. We have our own creative programme, and work with a wide range of clients and partners from across the statutory, private and voluntary sectors to provide innovative creative initiatives. Culture works East is lead by Elli Chapman who has over 15 years experience of working in the youth arts sector.
